A WORD FROM VVM PRINCIPAL

The creation of a community reflects a natural and very powerful urge to connect, do well, and change the world. And we are strong when we stand and work together. Communities link us with others through time. We discover these connections through religious rituals, special observances, and the understanding of traditions. At Vallabh Vidya Mandir kids of all ages get the sense of belonging. The children at Vallabh Vidya Mandir are getting an education on humanity, culture, religion, and about their Indian heritage. VVM students do get the understanding that the world was not arranged for our personal convenience, and we have to learn to adjust to the presence of other communities. Vallabh Vidya Mandir is working hard to instill the idea in kids that the spiritual practice of love builds community, as do kindness, gratitude, and prayer. Community is created and renewed when individuals act in love and serve each other.
